President & CEO

Andrew Faridani

A graduate of York University, Andrew is the President and CEO of BreezeMaxWeb™. With over 15 years of experience in the online marketing industry, Andrew’s passion lies in branding and developing strategies, processes, and building the required infrastructure necessary to nurture collaborative online media solutions. A testament to Andrew’s keen ability to deliver meaningful value to its customers that help them grow is BreezeMaxWeb™ being recognized year-after-year as one of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies by Profit Magazine. Andrew is regularly relied upon to provide value-driven insight to companies of all sizes and industries, from small businesses to Canada’s largest public companies.

Vice President

Vishal Nanchahal

Vishal is a multi-award-winning executive with experience implementing sales and marketing processes and strategies for the IT, Healthcare, Media, and Services industries. Working in senior roles, Vishal was instrumental in the growth of small organizations including TWT, national organizations including Canpages, and global enterprises including Viacom, KCI, and Cintas. Combining his knowledge of multi-sized organizations with his own personal strengths in business development, sales recruitment, and knowledge of emerging companies, Vishal joined BreezeMaxWeb™ and serves as its Vice President. Working closely with the CEO and the leadership team, Vishal helps lead the sales team and oversees sales targets and forecasting, business development, partnership/affiliate strategies both in Canada and the US. Vishal has been instrumental to the growth of BreezeMaxWeb™ and continues to push through boundaries every day.

Vice President of Business Development

Bob Bryntwick

Holds a BSc Degree from McGill University, Major Psych. Some years after graduating, Bob moved to Ontario to further his business career. Bob went on to a position with Dun & Bradstreet as a National Account Representative. He left to pursue a career in Fleet Management Services with PHH, then Associates Fleet Services and finally as National Sales Manager for Corp-Rate Card Fleet Services, growing the business to $50,000,000.00 of sales revenue per year. Bob then entered the advertising industry with Canpages in 2006 as a Major Account Executive, rising to Director of Sales shortly thereafter. At Canpages he was responsible for managing over 20 Account Managers in the Peel Region. This region generated over $3,000,000 of advertising revenue in its first year of publication, leading Canpages to become the largest competitor to YellowPages (Yellow Media) Phone Directories in Canada. The YellowPages Group (Yellow Media) eventually purchased Canpages, and Bob joined BreezeMaxWeb® as Director of Sales (Western Region). Today, Bob brings his management capabilities and business acumen to the sales force under him. Bob continues to contribute to the phenomenal growth of BreezeMaxWeb® in the marketplace as Vice President of Business Development through his enthusiasm and passion in driving sales.

Vice President of Sales

Stevan Cvjetkovich

Attended York University for Business Communications. Stevan has been providing large enterprise clients and local businesses with successful marketing solutions for several years now. He has had a notable career at LivingSocial helping the company expand into Canada, and at Urbanspoon which was later sold to Open Table where he managed new projects. Stevan now serves as Vice President of Sales for BreezeMaxWeb® and brings a genuine intuition for marketing to the team. As the media-mix in marketing strategies change and grow, his goal is to develop and provide impactful online marketing for BreezeMaxWeb®’s clients. In his role it’s his job and pleasure to develop sales systems, sales people and sales managers to their peak performance and potential. Creating a successful team and business structure in a sales organization is his ambition.

Vice President of Operations (Paid Search)

Armen Faridani

Graduated from Seneca College with a diploma in graphic design. Armen has over 10 years of online marketing experience, being responsible for helping thousands of businesses grow and prosper through strategic coordination in the changing paid search marketplace. As an advanced pay per click advertiser who is Google certified in every aspect of paid search, Armen has built a dedicated team of experts that work together to help build other companies brands, provide awareness on a large scale and develop strategies to encourage continued growth for clients. With over 3,000 clients across North America, Armen has helped to bring BreezeMaxWeb® to be a PROFIT 500 company with rankings improving each year due to growth.

Director of Corporate Development

Paul Robitaille

As Director, Corporate Development, Paul’s overall mandate is to help take BreezeMaxWeb to a new level. He has direct accountability over the launch and management of BreezeMaxWeb’s new Mobile App division where he will lead a team of designers, engineers, programmers, and sales. He is also responsible for working with external professionals and institutions to help leverage government grants and programs, as well as coordinate our US expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and build the infrastructure necessary to ensure BreezeMaxWeb continues to be the leading digital media agency in Canada. Paul has spent the past 15 years working with top professional service organizations including legal, accounting, and private equity firms where he was exposed to a number of issues that companies face. He has been the private banker to over 350 companies in the downtown Toronto core, mainly in the start-up to emerging company space. This combined experience has allowed him the opportunity to be the adviser to some of Canada’s fastest growing companies as ranked by Profit Magazine. Paul is also a registered mentor with Futurpreneur Canada and is an advocate of learning and sharing best practices. An alumni of Sheridan College and Queen’s Innovation and Design Thinking Program, Paul has worked with some of North America’s top talent and has a birds eye view and the skill set to translate practical ideas into action.

Director of Sales (Central Ontario)

Peter Robinson

Graduated Humber College with an Honours Degree in Marketing and a Certificate in Retailing, Peter built a successful career of increasingly senior roles in Sales and Marketing with Seven Up Canada and Pepsi Cola Canada. He went on to contribute as V. P. Sales for Danamark and then as Director of Sales & Marketing for Soda Carb, both national leaders in the Food Service Supply marketplace. In 2003 Strategic Solutions, a Sales, Marketing and General Business consulting firm was formed with Peter as President. In this capacity he has helped a wide variety of businesses, from SMEs to Multi Nationals, develop practical, successful Go-To-Market plans, hire the best talent and build professional & competent sales and service departments. As Director of Sales (Central Ontario) and with a wealth of experience in sales, key account management, strategic business planning and enterprise building, Peter is able to develop an effective sales force, an enthusiastic customer base, and contribute to the overall growth of BreezeMaxWeb®.

Director of Marketing

Martin David

Graduated with an Honours Degree in Political Science from Carleton University. Martin brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development to BreezeMaxWeb®. In his past he has been responsible for helping start-ups get off the ground and on their way to profitability, and along the way he assisted small and medium businesses grow their human capital and increase their sales revenues. His passion is recruiting and developing top talent for sales and marketing roles; improving sales infrastructure and processes, and strategic business development. Martin is now the Director of Marketing for BreezeMaxWeb® and coaches a team of over 8 members on the best marketing practices.

Director of Sales (GTA)

Bonnie Chung

Attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and graduated with a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Management & Professional Sales. The intensive program at BCIT gave her in-depth knowledge and experience in Marketing Communications, Consultative Selling and Customer Service. Her sales and marketing experience commenced at a retail level, where she worked alongside the owner of an International brand, creating marketing strategies for the company’s B.C. franchises. Bonnie then used her knowledge and success from her past experience to start up and create two successful fashion lines of her own, where she managed all sales, e-commerce and marketing tasks. Using her strong marketing skills and attention to details, she started her new career in advertising. Bonnie also has nearly 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, assisting over 300 realtors with their transactions and property management duties. With over 10 years of marketing experience and being a young entrepreneur, she easily connects with local business owners and conveys marketing ideas that will help their business grow and prosper.

Director of Sales (NorthEast Ontario)

Sanda Gwynne

Attended Seneca and Centennial College for computer programming. She is also a graduate of many top acclaimed sales courses. She started off her sales career in retail management, supervising 67 stores in Southern and Eastern Ontario. She had a successful career as a Realtor, which enabled her to follow her passion of cooking and opening up her own catering business. With the skills and experience she learned from marketing/advertising in the retail world, as well as her businesses, she began a new career in advertising. Starting off in newsprint, specialty magazines and direct mail she then went on to phone directories and naturally migrated to the online digital world. Sanda brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience to the table. With her results focused approach in today’s highly competitive and fast paced market, she helps businesses meet their ever changing development goals.

Director of Performance

Chris Meunier

Chris Meunier holds a BComm from Ted Rogers School of Management, with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Professional Business Communications. His capability to combine new Digital Marketing knowledge with his field of study has; enabled Chris to become an expert digital marketer that identifies clients needs and matches them with attainable and timely solutions and strategies. Currently, Chris is tasked with training BreezeMaxWeb® Media Consultants to ensure they have the skills required to identify weaknesses in current and prospective client’s digital presence; and efficiently communicate often-complex solutions, in a transparent and simplified manner. Moreover, Chris is responsible for staying up-to-date with the rapidly evolving landscape of digital marketing, and adapting training as required to ensure BreezeMaxWeb® Media Consultants, are equipped with the necessary domain knowledge to succeed. In addition, Chris reviews key-accounts of existing and prospective clients to ensure their campaigns are performing at maximum efficiency.

Director of Sales (Alberta)

Dustin Bell

Attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology studying sales and marketing. Upon graduation he stepped immediately into an outside sales role in the oil and gas industry. Using his unique abilities to foster relationships, he spent the majority of his career reclaiming customers and winning back lost business. This has given him a drive to always work with clients to ensure a positive relationship. With the decline of the oil and gas industry, he rose like a phoenix from the ashes of the industry and found a new calling in online marketing. Quickly rising up the ranks due to his tenacity and eagerness to learn this new trade, he is very excited to make Edmonton a strong market for BreezeMaxWeb®.

Director of Sales (Western Ontario)

Scott Jarvie

Attended York University for Business Administration and Graduated with Distinction for the Business Marketing program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston Ontario. After a 5-year term with Tele Direct (Bell Canada Yellow Pages) in the late 1980’s, Scott left to start his own business as an Agent with State Farm Insurance servicing thousands of customers. Scott has over 40 years of experience in the advertising, marketing and sales industry. Throughout the years he has sold products across Canada generating millions of dollars in profits and has been recognized and awarded with trips around the world. With the acquisition of State Farm Insurance’s Canadian division by Desjardins in 2015, he returned to the advertising industry with BreezeMaxWeb®. With attention to detail, Scott specializes in building relationships with individuals and SME’s assisting with their growth through online marketing with BreezeMaxWeb®. The knowledge and the experience Scott brings to BreezeMaxWeb®, combined with the resources provided to him and all of our team members; he is determined to do everything in his power to take our customers’ businesses to the next level in an affordable manner and grow with them. Scott strives to develop long-term relationships with our clients and have them stay with us for years to come!

Director of Sales (Manitoba)

Diana Jurevica

Attended Riga State Technical School and graduated with a diploma in Commercial Science. During a job internship she obtained international work experience in the UK and Germany. At the age of 19 Diana joined MediaPlanet – a global publishing company as a Project Manager. She was selling advertising to major I.T. corporations and produced several of the highest grossing publications in the country. In 2009, she started working as a publisher for a weekly newspaper in Toronto where she was managing daily operations including sales and marketing. She ensured consistent sales growth and secured major national accounts including the Government of Canada. In 2014, Diana joined Yellow Pages Group where she managed client portfolios valued at over 750K. She assessed and tailored digital marketing solutions to hundreds of businesses in Ontario and ranked among the top Account Managers in the office. At BreezeMaxWeb® Diana saw an opportunity to become part of a dynamic growing company. She started as a Media Consultant and was later promoted to Business Expansion Manager (Central Canada), most recently she has taken over the helm as Director of Sales (Manitoba). She is Google trained, certified and has more than 7 years of media sales experience. Diana will use her abilities to build long term connections with SMBs and enhance new markets that BreezeMaxWeb® expands into, such as Winnipeg.

Director of Business Expansion

Kevin Dantas

Attended Seneca College and graduated with Honours in Business Administration and Information Systems. Kevin has worked as a Technical Analyst for HBC and Rogers prior to moving on to becoming Director of Operations for a number of Toronto area fitness centers. Kevin joined BreezeMaxWeb® to bring his passion for leadership and development to our rapidly growing organization. He quickly realized that there was a huge gap in the market place for effective, reliable and transparent marketing agencies to cater towards local SMBs at a personal level. By leveraging his attributes from his past experiences and from what he was able to learn after shortly joining BreezeMaxWeb®, he was able to poise himself and was promoted to the Director of Business Expansion. Kevin will be instrumental in BreezeMaxWeb®’s current and future expansion plans across North America and helping to guide new BreezeMaxWeb® team members to the top of the charts.

Project Manager

Princess Samonte

Studied Advertising and Marketing Communications – Management at Sheridan College for 3 years and graduated with High Honours. Princess’ sales and marketing experience started with Canadian clothing retail company Le Chateau, where she excelled as a Style Specialist and Key Holder. Princess has developed a strong relationship with potential and existing customers solemnly based on her positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understanding customer’s needs. With the combination of her work experience and education, she started as a Client/Sales Liaison at BreezeMaxWeb® and worked alongside the accounts, payments, sales and creative department. A couple of months later, Princess was promoted to Project Manager where she now manages 100+ web/app/programming/creative/graphics projects every month. With Princess’ outstanding organizational skills, creative eye to detail, and eagerness to help clients achieve their dream website – she leads and manages the BreezeMaxWeb® team of Web Developers, Programmers, Graphics Artists & Digital Strategists throughout Canada to bring nothing but the best to our clientele.

Director of Sales (British Columbia)

David Madeley

David is an experienced leader whose passions are 1) people 2) SME’s and 3) telling compelling stories through technology. A graduate of Thompson Rivers University specializing in business and marketing, David has direct experience working with both SME’s as well as national communication companies. His skill set and dedication has allowed him the opportunity to oversee multiple sales teams, develop processes, and contribute creatively with the end goal of connecting people and businesses. David has an in-depth knowledge of Google’s products, services, and how to best leverage them in an ethical manner that leaves clients feeling valued and loyal.
As Director of Sales for British Columbia, David leads a team of engaged individuals, and works optimistically everyday because he believes in the value of our offering.

Jim Clark

Jim adds a world of experience to BreezeMaxWeb. An educated communications and creative writing professional with over 30 years in the media industry including radio, print, and digital, Jim understands the challenges companies face when trying to get their name and brand out into the public eye. Jim has owned and operated a media company whose clients included national household names and has been awarded for building successful campaigns including one that was the most successful in history. An experienced leader who has also worked at national directory advertising companies, Jim has witnessed and has been involved in the progression of media from traditional to digital, and considers himself to be in his happy place with BreezeMaxWeb.

Ram Sri

Having worked in all divisions of BreezeMaxWeb, Ram has a deep and intimate understanding of all the processes required to onboard and service clients effectively and efficiently. With a strong passion for exceptional client service combined with his operational strengths, Ram is a quintessential team player that holds himself and others accountable to delivering on our commitments. A passionate believer in what we do, Ram is responsible for the overall onboarding and processes that ensure an optimal client experience.

Kari Moses

With almost a decade of experience in key account management and business analysis working with large, multinational organizations, Kari has built a strong skillset in understanding client relationships. She has experience managing complex enterprise level accounts, facilitating training, and developing multiple processes that ensures clients are informed and experience value.

As Director, Client Care, Kari supports and helps develop client satisfaction measures that help us manage our tremendous growth effectively. Working closely with senior leadership as well as our Media Consultants, Kari’s role at BreezeMaxWeb is our testament to ensuring we deliver on our commitments of exceptional client service.

Aaron Plener

With a specialized degree in Marketing from Schulich School of Business and over eight years of experience specifically in digital advertising working with National Accounts, Aaron understands the issues our clients face and the ambitions they have. He has experience working directly with key stakeholders, recommending and implementing strategies that help them reach their organizational goals. He has the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Asides from his educational background and on-the-job experience, Aaron enjoys spending time learning about the trends affecting our industry.

As Manager of Technical Support, Aaron leads and trains a team of highly engaged Search Engine Marketing professionals at BreezeMaxWeb, ensuring each client has a seamless experience from the start.
