The King Ritson Dental Clinic has been providing expert dentistry in Oshawa since 1995.
They have a team of 25 dental hygienists and 10 dentists who perform a variety of
treatments to help their clients achieve better dental health. They also provide same
day emergency dental services and are open 7 days a week.
Problem
- Current marketing plan was not as effective as it was in the previous years
- New patient intake was becoming stagnant
- Their website provided a poor user experience that made it difficult for people to source critical
information and to book an appointment
- Challenged with adhering to ODA advertising guidelines
- Local online presence was minimal

Website Solution
- Created a mobile-friendly and fully responsive website, while increasing the number of conversion points. (i.e. call-to-actions).
- Improved user experience on their website by bringing all pertinent information to the forefront and adding industry leading design elements to the website.
- Added BreezeTact which allowed potential patients to conveniently contact KR Dental once they landed on their mobile site.

- Remarketing strategy was implemented to re-target potential clients with a creative banner ad.
