Our Reputation Management Specialist, Anastasia Shade, is gearing up to add The Wellness Show this weekend at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West.

On Saturday, February 1st and Sunday, February 2nd, Anastasia will be mingling among the over 250 exhibitors learning about how to feel better physically, emotionally and mentally. After a long work day or week, it is important to take time for yourself to relax and recharge.

There will be many workshops, seminars and demonstrations from award-winning chefs talking about new, healthy recipes, healthy family zones where you can challenge your friends and family at table tennis, and an addiction panel to learn how to identify and overcome it.
